About Us
The Flower Mound lacrosse program originally started in 2009 under the Cross Timbers YMCA. Within two years, the program grew to the point where a new, independent organization was created. Flower Mound Lacrosse Association (FMLA) was formed to manage and operate the expanding program and continues the tradition of providing competitive lacrosse to youth and high school boys and girls in Flower Mound and surrounding areas.
